Jerry Foster

One half of Foster & Rice, one of the most prolific songwriting teams in country music, with songs recorded by Charley Pride, Jerry Lee Lewis, Mel Tillis, Hank Williams Jr., Mickey Gilley and Mark Chesnutt.

Jerry turned 90 in November 2025 with nearly 35 fellow musicians celebrating at the Commodore Grille, where he still plays every Sunday night. His life and music are the subject of the upcoming TV series Blue Collar Holler.

Marty & Madden Publishing

A new publishing house from authors Robert Midgett and Doug McKim, bringing their novels together under one name.

Robert finished his first novel, the science fiction book Vagabonds, at 15 and gave 10% of its profits to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He has been a guest writer and panelist at science fiction conventions and has been interviewed by FOX 17 Nashville and WAVE 3 in Louisville. Doug, his longtime mentor, is the author of the Infernus Trilogy and Harvey Madden.
